Strong. Gifted. Unbothered.
The story behind the series, and the woman fronting it.

She doesn't do small talk. She does deadlifts.
Harriet is a hybrid athlete: strongwoman and powerlifting on land, open-water swimming everywhere else. She’s naturally gifted, trains harder than she needs to, and doesn’t suffer fools gladly.
She’ll tell you what she thinks of the gym, the food and your form — usually in that order. But behind the hard exterior there’s a grin that gives the game away, and the kind of honesty about struggle that most fitness content edits out.
Why we made it
Fitness content online is mostly two things: polished tutorials or polished highlight reels. Neither shows what training is actually like — the swearing under the bar, the uncertainty before a big lift, the joy of a swim you didn’t want to do.
Hats, Lats & Attitude is the antidote. We take Harriet somewhere new, find the best local gym, train hard, swim wild, eat well and film all of it. Full episodes go to YouTube; the best moments are cut for Instagram and TikTok.
Our first series, The Rebuild, kicks off on the Albanian Riviera.
The kit
Harriet trains in Before I Go — gym apparel built around original poetry and storytelling. We don’t wear t-shirts. We wear stories.
Where next
Albania. Iceland. Then a year on the road across Europe and North America, one gym at a time.
Put your name in the story
We build partners into the episode, not tacked on at the end. Real use, real reactions, real reach.
